​Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Normal shipping times are 48 hours for Portugal and Spain, 3 to 4 business days for other cities in Europe and around 5 to 7 business days for the USA, Canada or other destinations in the rest of the world, when the items are in stock .

After shipping, you will receive a notice with the shipping reference so you can track your order.

All taxes, fees or other customs clearance fees for products are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer satisfaction is our main concern and that is why we accept the return of ordered items if they do not meet your expectations. The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order, as long as the products are in their original condition when shipped.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To make a return, you must send us an email in advance to almanomadarak@gmail.com and we will refund the amount paid, as soon as the product is received, after checking its condition.

The amounts paid for the initial shipment will not be refunded.

Returns or exchanges of custom-made or pre-order products are not accepted.
